Our story began in Scotland, where an Englishman (David) and a Tampa native (Carolyn) met in a pub in 2012. What started as a chance meeting quickly grew into a two-year long-distance relationship spanning continents. In 2014, we married and began building our life together—one rooted in dedication, adventure, and a shared work ethic that now defines our business.

For many years, we lived in Tampa and served the greater Tampa Bay market, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, competitive landscape. Today, we call Lakewood Ranch home and specialize in the beautiful communities throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties, bringing a deep understanding of the local lifestyle, neighborhoods, and market trends.
